Miss Traill's House and Garden is a major focal point for the Bathurst Spring Garden Spectacular.  The garden is open to visitors and on the weekend of the Spring Spectacular we hold a MONSTER PLANT STALL with a wide variety of potted plants

Food and refreshments are available at the Garden Cafe on the Spring Spectacular weekend .

Entry to the house is not included in the Bathurst Spring Spectacular weekend ticket.

During the weekend the house will be open from 10am to 4pm (and as this is a special fund raising event, National Trust members also pay the $6.00 entry fee)

Miss Traill's House was built for the Reverend Thomas Sharpe in 1845 and was the home of Miss Ida Traill from the 1930's until her death in 1976.  She amassed a significant collection of artifacts, furniture, memorabillia, painting and ceramics, much of which is on display in the house.
